Why not just grab an MP3?
If the audio’s final stop is your ears, do that; the MP4 to MP3 converter makes a file a tenth the size. WAV earns its bulk when the audio has another edit ahead of it. Because you're probably going to edit it. Pulling the audio as WAV means no extra compression pass before your editor adds its own on export. If you just want to listen, the MP4 to MP3 page makes a far smaller file.
About 10 MB per minute of stereo audio, regardless of how big the video was. An hour of footage becomes roughly a 600 MB WAV, so make sure the destination is an editor, not an email.
The first track is the one that comes out, which is the main mix in almost every file. Multi-track captures from OBS with separate mic and desktop audio need a desktop editor to split properly.
